Drink to good health?

I have always thought that drinking (alcohol) for good health never made any sense to me. Why do we do that in this world.
We are drunk and fully intoxicated and we raise our glasses to good health. Oh Boy we are messed up.

Well, speaking of good health, how is your intake of omega 3 lately?

I mean it was released here in the last several years that Omega 3, or lack of it, is the cause of so much health issues. We are all short of it. No one is really exempt because of our diet intake. It makes so much sense to me that if eating a few different foods or taking some supplements is all that I have to do, why are we not doing it?

Omega 3 that is needed will help in issues like, PMS, Inflammatory issues, Cholesterol issues, Brain function and the list can go on. But not all Omega 3 supplements are equal, and in that statement lies the problems. Let me say that again.

The issue is that if you take an omega 3 supplement, how well is it absorbed into your body and can you tell the difference when you take it? What is the content of the product? Did you know that not all Krill oil omega 3 are equal? Most, meaning 99% of competitors add vitamins or other ingredients to their products. Does the pure Krill make a difference?

I know I am asking you plenty of questions today. The reasoning behind it is, that I want you to stop and think for a moment. If you responded by saying that you cannot tell a difference in your body after a couple of weeks then I would say that you don't have the right omega 3. Not just any omega 3 off the shelf is going to work. Pure Krill oil and the right Krill does make a difference.

Can you imagine a product that absorbs into the body 48 times better, YES I said 48 times better than the leading fish oil, omega 3? Well there is and it is so powerful that after a couple of weeks and maybe even sooner you will notice a difference.
